Tap the triangle, bottom right.

Pick the hazard
Pick the type of hazard: it's reported right where you are.

Still there?
Later, another rider gets close: the car asks whether the hazard is still there.

Not Here: alert removed
Nothing there any more? Not Here: the alert disappears for everyone.
