Welcome to Vroom GPS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vroom GPS mobile application ("Service") operated by ROAD PARTNERS ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vroom GPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Vroom GPS, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Use of the Service

Vroom GPS is a motorcycle navigation and trip planning application. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service while operating a vehicle in an unsafe manner
• Rely solely on the app for navigation - always use common sense and follow traffic laws
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content

5. Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Vroom GPS is designed to assist with motorcycle navigation, but you are solely responsible for your safety on the road. Please observe the following:

• Always obey traffic laws and regulations
• Do not operate the app while riding - set your destination before you start
• Use a secure phone mount and audio guidance when riding
• Road conditions, weather, and other factors may affect route safety
• The suggested routes are for guidance only - use your judgment

6. Crew Features

When using crew features, you consent to sharing your real-time location with other crew members. You can leave a crew at any time to stop sharing your location. You are responsible for only joining crews with people you trust.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (trips, routes, etc.). By sharing content publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ROAD PARTNERS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Free Service

Vroom GPS is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain available.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Routes suggested will be safe or optimal
• Location data will be accurate at all times
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROAD PARTNERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur while using the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes, France.
