Giveaway rules

Article 1 – Organiser

Vroom Dev, a French simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000 (hereinafter “the Organiser”), organises a free giveaway with no purchase necessary (hereinafter “the Giveaway”).

Article 2 – Partners

The Giveaway is organised in partnership with Relais Motards and QRful (hereinafter “the Partners”), who provide the prizes and deliver them to the winners.

Article 3 – Duration

The Giveaway runs from October 12, 2026 to November 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time).

Article 4 – Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to any natural person of legal age in their country of residence, whatever that country may be, with the exception of employees and executives of the Organiser and the Partners. Entry is not valid in countries where local law prohibits or restricts this type of giveaway.

Participation is limited to one entry per person (same name, same email address). Any multiple, fraudulent or incomplete entry will result in the participant's exclusion.

Article 5 – How to enter

To enter, simply:

• download the Vroom GPS app for free from the App Store or Google Play;
• create a free QRful account from the Vroom GPS app, no later than November 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

People who already created a QRful account from the Vroom GPS app before the start of the Giveaway are automatically entered, with no further action required.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Article 6 – Prizes

16 prizes are up for grabs:

• 1 refund of €100 (incl. VAT) on a 2027 stay at an establishment of the Relais Motards network, offered by Relais Motards (details below);
• 5 QRful metal packs worth €30 each (incl. VAT), offered by QRful;
• 10 QRful dog tags worth €10 each (incl. VAT), offered by QRful.

Total value of the prizes: €350 (incl. VAT).

The Relais Motards prize is not a voucher, a code or a gift card: the winner books and pays for a stay at an establishment of the Relais Motards network themselves, taken between January 1 and December 31, 2027, and Relais Motards then refunds them €100 by bank transfer, upon presentation of an invoice for that stay of at least €100 (incl. VAT). Relais Motards establishments are located in France: travel costs to the establishment and any expense above €100 are borne by the winner.

Prizes cannot be exchanged or converted into cash, and the Relais Motards prize can only be paid in the form of the refund described above. In the event of force majeure, the Organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with prizes of equivalent value.

Article 7 – Selection of winners

The 16 winners are selected by random draw, carried out by the Organiser on November 15, 2026, among all valid entries.

Prizes are awarded in the order of the draw:

• the 1st person drawn wins the €100 refund on a Relais Motards stay;
• the next 5 each win a metal pack;
• the next 10 each win a dog tag.

Each participant can win only one prize.

Winners are contacted by email, at the address used to create their QRful account, within 7 days of the draw.

Article 8 – Delivery of prizes

Each winner has 15 days from the sending of the email to confirm their prize and, for QRful prizes, provide their delivery details. After this period, the prize is forfeited and may be reassigned through a new draw.

QRful prizes are shipped directly by QRful, at its own expense, whatever the winner's country of residence.

For the Relais Motards prize, the winner sends Relais Motards, no later than January 31, 2028, the invoice for their stay and their bank details (IBAN or equivalent); Relais Motards then makes the €100 transfer. Any bank fees for an international transfer are borne by the winner.

Article 9 – Personal data

For the purposes of the Giveaway, QRful sends the Organiser the list of accounts created from the Vroom GPS app until November 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm (name and email address). This data is used solely to carry out the draw and contact the winners.

The delivery details of the winners of QRful prizes are passed on to QRful, solely for shipping them. For the Relais Motards prize, the invoice for the stay and the winner's bank details (IBAN or equivalent) are sent by the winner directly to Relais Motards, solely for processing the refund.

The data is deleted by the Organiser no later than 3 months after the end of the Giveaway.

In accordance with the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, rectify and erase their data. This right can be exercised by writing to contact@vroom-gps.com. Participants may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Data relating to the QRful account itself is governed by QRful's privacy policy.

Article 10 – Platforms

The Giveaway is in no way organised, sponsored or administered by Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Apple or Google, which cannot be held responsible for how it is run. Information provided by participants is intended for the Organiser, not for these platforms.

Article 11 – Liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable for any malfunction of the internet, apps or messaging services, nor for the loss or damage of prizes during shipping.

The Organiser reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances so require. The Organiser cannot be held liable as a result.

Article 12 – Access to the rules

These rules can be consulted free of charge throughout the Giveaway at https://vroom-gps.com/fr/concours-reglements.html. Any entry implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Article 13 – Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by French law. Any claim must be sent in writing to the Organiser within one month after the end of the Giveaway. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
