After descending the famous 21 bends, enjoy a brief stop in this charming valley town. It's a great spot to regroup before the next climb.

The first major mountain pass of the day, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. A challenging but rewarding climb.

Just a short, scenic ride from Col du Glandon, this iconic pass stands at 2067 meters. Famous for its dramatic landscapes, several small lakes, and the statue of the Cyclist.

A charming alpine village nestled in the Arves valley. This is your turnaround point and a great place to grab a quick snack, coffee, or a light lunch before heading back over the passes.

Retrace your route over the Col de la Croix de Fer. The views often look different and equally stunning from the opposite direction.

Conquer the Col du Glandon once more as you make your way back. Enjoy the exhilarating descents and final views of the high mountains.

Complete your challenging and scenic loop back at Alpe d'Huez, having experienced some of the best mountain roads the French Alps have to offer.
